Stock-market investors are fine with Treasury yields rising again. Here’s why.

A post-data extended selloff in U.S. government debt took hold on Thursday, pushing the benchmark 10-year Treasury yield above or near 4% for the first time in about a week. And stock investors seem fine with that.
