The stock traded as low as $885.47, snapping a three-day winning streak. Earlier Thursday, the EV maker’s Chief Executive Elon Musk disclosed in a filing that he had lined up additional funding support for his $44 billion acquisition of Twitter Inc. , gathering backing from Larry Ellison, Sequoia Capital, and others. The S&P 500 index fell nearly 4% on Thursday at last check.
