The floodgates on the IPO market are unlikely to open before yearend

The U.S. initial public offering market could see 30 to 50 more deals before year-end to raise about $10 billion, but the floodgates are unlikely to fully open before 2025, given recent market volatility and the uncertainty created by the U.S. presidential election.
