: Netflix apologizes for live streaming delay for ‘Love is Blind’

Netflix Inc. NFLX apologized Sunday night after the live stream for a reunion of its “Love is Blind” dating show was delayed more than an hour for subscribers. “To everyone who stayed up late, woke up early, gave up their Sunday afternoon… we are incredibly sorry that the Love is Blind Live Reunion did not turn out as we had planned,” Netflix tweeted. The company said a recorded product that would no longer be live. Live streaming is considered a key new development for Netflix, which reports its quarterly results Tuesday amid a hotly contested battle for consumers with Walt Disney Co. DIS, Apple Inc. AAPL, Amazon.com Inc. AMZN, and others.
