: GE Healthcare sees Q4 revenue of about $4.9 billion

Ge Healthcare Technologies Inc. GEHC, the unit recently spun out of General Electric Co. GE, said Tuesday it expects fourth-quarter revenue to come to about $4.9 billion and for full-year revenue to total $18.3 billion. There are currently no FactSet consensus numbers for the new public company. The company released the unaudited numbers ahead of an appearance at the annual JPMorgan Healthcare Conference in San Francisco. For 2023, it offered three non-GAAP metrics, ones that do not company with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles. The company expects organic revenue, or revenue adjusted for currency movements, to grow 5% to 7% in 2023; it expects an adjusted EBIT, or earnings before interest and taxes, of 15% to 15.5% for a 50 basis points to 100 basis points improvement over its 2022 pro forma reading; and free cash flow conversion of 85%. The company will report fourth-quarter earnings on Jan. 30. “While inflation remains a factor, we are seeing the supply chain environment continue to improve with demand for our products and services growing in 2023,” Chief Executive Peter Aruni said in a statement. .The stock was down 0.7% premarket/
